Dear APUO members,
Please find attached the agenda and the related documents for the Regular General Meeting on Thursday, December 14 from 10 am to 12 pm. This Regular General Meeting will be held in-person in Desmarais (DMS) room 12102. There is also a Zoom link for members who cannot attend in-person. We hope all members who can attend in-person will join us in DMS 12102.
On the same day, the APUO will also be hosting an Open House to welcome members to our new offices, located in suite 1204 of 1 Nicholas Street. Members are invited to drop in after the General Meeting, anytime between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
In an effort to reduce waste at meetings, the APUO no longer prints hard copies of the agenda and related documents in bulk. Hard copies are still available by request. Members can also request documents printed with a larger font for accessibility purposes. If you would like a hard copy of the agenda and related documents, please notify the APUO (firstname.lastname@example.org*) by December 11.
