Joint Working Group Regarding APUO Employees
Mandate:
The joint working group regarding APUO employees will meet to discuss potential legal risks associated the renewed 1993 Letters of Understanding, which allows the APUO to benefit from university e-mail services, access to resources including library services, and other services associated with the payroll, pension, and health and dental benefits of APUO employees.
The working group is the result of a Letter of Understanding signed between the APUO and the Employer.
The joint working group will produce a report for consideration by both parties prior to the termination of the collective agreement.
Committee members:
The working group is comprised of three (3) the Employer representatives, and three (3) APUO representatives. The parties will advise each other of their nominees in writing prior to the first meeting.
