Please find attached the agenda and related documents for the Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
This Extraordinary General Meeting will be held in-person in Desmarais room 12102. There will also be a Zoom link for members who cannot attend in-person. We hope all members who can attend in-person will join us in DMS 12102.
The assembly will be followed by a social gathering at the Metropolitain from noon to 2 p.m. Join us for beverages and light snacks! Click here to RSVP.
In an effort to reduce waste at meetings, the APUO no longer prints hard copies of the agenda and related documents in bulk. Hard copies are still available by request. Members can also request documents printed with a larger font for accessibility purposes. If you would like a hard copy of the agenda and related documents, please notify the APUO (apuo@apuo.ca) by March 25, 2026.
You are encouraged to bring your own mug and water bottle to the meeting.
