N.B. To help facilitate procedures at general meetings, members are reminded that, pursuant to paragraph 3.4.2 of the constitution, “Any 3 regular members may present motions to any general meeting called by the Association, by giving to the Association a written request to that effect, setting out the exact text of the notice of motion, at least 7 working days in advance of the meeting.”
