Please find [here] the letter send by the President of APUO to President Rock regarding the Plamondon report, and the possible creation of a School of Government. The APUO will make a presentation before the work group created by President Rock tomorrow at 4:00 PM during the 2 days « consultation ». The text of the APUO presentation, evidently more detailed than this letter to President Rock, will be sent to you no later than Friday.
