General Assemblies

The APUO holds two general meetings a year: a regular general assembly during the fall term of every academic year, and an annual general assembly in April.

Extraordinary general assemblies of the Association may be called at any time by the President, the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, or upon written request of 25 members.

As per Article 5.4 of the APUO By-Laws, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, or any ten regular members may present issues to add to General Assembly agendas, provided that the request is submitted at least 7 working days before the scheduled date of the General Assembly.

All APUO members may vote at general meetings.

See Article 5 of the APUO By-Laws for more details

At the Annual General Assembly, the APUO presented the 2024-2025 Annual Report.
